Here are a few bridal expos that are coming to Washington, DC, in 2020.
Washington Wedding Experience
The Washington Wedding Experience is the largest wedding show in the DC area. It is an excellent place to find new ideas for wedding décor, floral arrangements, wedding venues, and more. You’ll learn about the latest trends in all things wedding related and have the opportunity to talk to some of the best local wedding professionals. You can even ask for advice on anything you may be uncertain about regarding your wedding day.
This expo is a great way for you to easily explore all of your wedding vendor options and make an informed decision about who you want to work with. Plus, the Washington Wedding Experience caps off with a stunning runway show featuring gorgeous wedding gowns and bridal dresses. Be sure to bring something a notepad and pen as well as something to hold all the business cards you’ll collect from the vendors.
The Washington Wedding Experience will be held on January 19, 2020, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Doors open at 11:00 a.m., but you may want to consider arriving early, as this event expects 20,000 to 50,000 visitors, along with 500+ exhibitors.
The A Bridal Show
Many of the best wedding vendors in the metro DC gather at the A Bridal Show. You’ll be able to sample savory cuisines and decadent desserts, including wedding cakes so that you can get inspiration to build the menu you want at your wedding. The A Bridal Show also offers free makeup trials and touch-ups as well as prize giveaways.
Plus, you’ll be able to meet caterers, DJs, photographers and videographers, event designers, and many other incredible vendors. The A Bridal Show is held on February 23, 2020, at the Sheraton Tysons Hotel, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Space is limited, so if you hope to attend, you should buy your ticket now.
Great Bridal Expo
The Great Bridal Expo offers aisle after aisle of exhibits from local wedding professionals. Not only will you find everything you need for your wedding, but you can also get help booking your honeymoon and may even find a few things you need for your new home with your spouse.
Sample catering options, take advantage of prizes and giveaways, listen to amazing DJs and a live orchestra, then stay for the bridal fashion show too. This event takes place on January 5, 2020, at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. The expo begins at noon and ends at 4:00 p.m.
